Its proximity to the sea guarantees a pleasant cool breeze throughout the day. The space The apartment is located on the second floor. It has a practical American kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and kettle. The living/dining room has a comfortable double sofa bed, a solid wood table with four matching chairs, a flat-screen TV with national and international channels, free 24-hour Wi-Fi throughout the house, and a stereo. The bedrooms and bathroom are located at the top of the apartment. The washing machine is inside the bathroom cabinet. The master bedroom has two single beds and has high ceilings, closets and an ensuite bathroom. Next to the master bedroom is the second auxiliary bedroom, ideal for children, with a wooden floor and a crescent-shaped exterior window. Guest access The original heated pool with sea water has easy access and a separate area for children. The spacious and quiet solarium has sun all day long. The pool loungers and umbrellas are rented and the price is set by the complex. Next to the pool is a comfortable and practical cafeteria, open all day. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Travel crib with special mattress and sheets upon request.
