Stara hiža Vlašić

Stara hiža Vlašić is a traditional antique oak house about 120 years old and will give you the right rural idyll. The ambience itself is made with great love and effort put into every detail of the house and yard. The space The creaking of wood underfoot, the crackling of fire in the fireplace will show you how people once lived in peace, carefree and calm silence. The house has a large 25 m2 terrace with a kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, gas stove), a large table and benches, and a fireplace suitable for barbecue and baking, and in winter it also serves as a source of heat for the enclosed terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cutlery, a refrigerator with a small freezer, basic spices, kitchen towels, a stove and an electric oven, appliances (kettle, fryer, mixer, sandwich toaster) and a wood stove. NOTE: Tap water is drinkable. Firewood is available and the storage is in the yard Keep in mind, the house is not centrally heated, the main source of heating is the stove in the dining room and in the rooms there are electric radiators and air conditioning (heating/cooling). In the winter months, the house will be preheated for guests. Bathroom with shower and toilet, towels, toilet paper, soap. Living room with a corner sofa bed, closet, TV and a PS3 game console for the little ones. Bedroom with three large beds and one smaller bed, TV, bed linen and extra blankets. In the garden wooden house there are bicycles, a hanging net, deck chairs, pillows for garden chairs and additional equipment for the grill (plate and peka).
