Modernly furnished, detached cottage with a fully enclosed garden. It is located on the outskirts of a holiday park, within walking distance of a swimming lake with restaurants. You can take beautiful walks around the lake, the fish ponds and the surrounding forests and fields. There is a lot to do in the area. You can visit horse riding, biking, to thermal baths and interesting cities such as Baja, Kecskemet and Subotica. Other things to note The house can be heated with a pellet stove which heats every room through radiators. We charge a contribution for the heating costs per used bag of pellets. A bag of pellets weighs 15 kilo's and on average one uses a bag per day. With the high woodprices we have to ask a contribution of 5,5 euro/ 2000 ft per bag. Registration Details EG21027619
