The space This luxury studio (75 sqm, 800 sqft) is located in the most impressive and expensive districts of Old Town Prague (Staré Město Praha). Its directly between Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, both is just few seconds walking distance. The apartment is quite spectacular - completely refurbished with cool things, like an HD Home Cinema, 5+1 Sound System, Safe and a hot tube. A real highlight is the bath tub located in the living area which makes this studio the perfect fit for couples. Besides, there's also a modern bathroom with a shower and equipped with towels, shower amenities, hair dryer etc. The kitchen's got all the amenities you'll need: Plates, knives, cups, glasses, pots, pans etc. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, an oven, cooler with freezer, electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee-maker. The HD home cinema with a HD-projector and a large screen will round up your day in Prague's city center. It's got a 5+1 soundsystem attached and also there's a regular TV with access to more than 100 satellite programs available. You will have high-speed internet access (WIFI) everywhere in the apartment. The studio is perfectly equipped for a longer stay in Prague; there is a washing machine (also washing powder), dryer, iron, ironing board and a big closet with hangers. For your belongings: A safe is implemented into the wall. Also there's a small balcony with two chairs, which is good for smoking. The apartment will accommodate 2 in total. You'll fall asleep in the comfy king size bed. Located on the second floor (elevator available). Guest access The whole apartment is fully equipped and will be completly at your disposal. Other things to note The apartment entrance is from the backyard, the windows are also only to the backyard. There is only a HDMI cable to connect the PC with the projector. Dont use the bath if there is power outage. The pump wouldnt work and water would leak to the neighbours.
