The kitchen boasts built-in appliances, such as an oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave as well as a toaster and kettle. The property is conveniently located in a residential area, less than 2-min walk from local shops and amenities. Reading Town Centre is a mere 10-min walk away, where you will find restaurants, bars and the Oracle Shopping Centre.
