While all apartments inside the Cool Jazz building feature sleek contemporary designs, central climate control, and modern amenities, please review the photos and specific layout of your selected unit before booking to ensure it perfectly fits your family's dynamic. Guest access A standout feature of the building is the shared rooftop terrace, where guests can relax and enjoy the sun. Please note the terrace hours are seasonal. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. During Reception Hours (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM), guests can check in at the reception, leave their luggage, and collect their keys in case they arrive before 3pm. Outside Reception Hours, the building offers a self-check-in option. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, guests must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links sent before arrival. Self-check-in is available anytime from 3:00 PM after these steps are completed. Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. On the day of departure, guests should ensure all belongings are packed, take out all trash, leave the keys inside, and close the door behind them. Please leave the units in an adequate condition after checkout. Other things to note City tax: 10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price. The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights, does not apply to those under 17 years, and does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
