One of the bedrooms in the house is for rent. It is located on the ground floor. It is a semi-basement, you need to walk down the stairs. The big room has a window and is spacious and bright. Parking is available on both sides of the street in front of the house. There is very little traffic on this road. A bathroom with shower is shared with another guest. The bathroom is located outside the bedroom. Please contact the host in advance if you need to use the washing machine, so that the host can arrange a suitable time for you to use it. The host is just upstairs and can be contacted at any time. My husband and I live upstairs, in February 2024, we just bought a mini puppy, it is only three months old, it does not shed hair, so you do not have to worry about dog hair allergies. The puppy is very smart, if there is an unexpected sound, the puppy will bark twice to remind us to be careful. But it won't disturb anyone's sleep! During your stay Summer is coming, we have prepared iced water for the tenants to cool down the heat. Other things to note There are other guests in the house.
