In the North Frisian Addeüll lies the newly renovated house in a secluded location, approx. 120 sqm of living space, with a garage and various parking spaces as well as its own electric charging station. All around is a beautiful garden with a lot of love and several terraces in all directions. The new open kitchen with transition to the large living room leaves nothing to be desired. 2 modern full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms complete the vacation for all senses. Unlimited Wi-Fi and an equipped children's playroom are also available. The space In the middle of the countryside and yet well connected. In the immediate vicinity is our farm with horses, cattle, chickens and farm dog Ted. You can visit the farm, but you don't have to, as the vacation home is completely free and alone. There is no main road, so you can enjoy absolute peace day and night. Overlooking the wide marsh and close to the unique heathland, various routes invite you to take beautiful long walks. 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the upper floor, one bedroom and the 2nd full bathroom on the ground floor. The living area is very bright and welcoming thanks to the 3 patio doors facing south. Guest access The house is completely alone. The key handover is possible without contact. Garage and various parking spaces are available directly on the property. Other things to note With a view of the wide Marsch and close to the unique heathland, various routes invite you to take beautiful long walks. The Stollberg - as the highest point in North Frisia - is in the immediate vicinity, and from its observation tower you can see from Sylt to Husum.
