Hi, my name is John and I have lived in the Market Deeping area for 25 years. This was our family home and its location is perfect for all the things that you will need. The town has loads of good pubs, restaurants and takeouts plus there is a spa shop at the end of the road. For bigger shops there is a large Tesco’s and children’s playground for the kids within a 10 minutes walk. Freshly decorated for the 2021 season! The space Our family house is located within walking distance to the town centre, including supermarkets, parcs, river, pubs and restaurants. The house comes well equipped and has large drum washing machine and tumble drier for your use as needed. Market Deeping is a wonderful market town with easy access to Peterborough, Bourne and Stamford within 20 minutes drive or bus ride. Guest access You would have access to a single lane double spot private driveway adjacent to the house with side door entrance to the house. There is entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet on the ground floor. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with a shower bath. The laundry room is a separate room newly renovated at the back of the garden. The garden has all you need to enjoy a day out - table and chairs, BBQ and sun all day.
