The space Hello, I'm your host Suzy, a long time St. Johns resident and artist. My charming 1925 vintage bungalow is filled with light and art. If renting a room, you’ll have a private room with a shared bathroom on the main floor of the house, and the patio and garden to relax in. If renting the whole house, you’ll have the house & garden to yourself. Enjoy complimentary tea or coffee. The house and property is a smoke and vape-free, no pet environment, and only non-toxic, hypo-allergenic, scent-free cleaning supplies are used. If traveling with a child, contact me regarding child proofing needs. Guest access Guests have access to living room, bedroom on main floor, full kitchen, full bathroom, backyard and front porch. Note: to access my front door on the porch, guest needs to walk up 3 steps (with hand rails on left & right). There is plenty of street and driveway. Other things to note Portland art tours and private art lessons available! I've been a professional artist for 30 years and currently teach painting in oils and acrylics and drawing at two local colleges. Homemade meals also available for additional fee.
