The space Guest will have full access to the property and grounds including interior and exterior storage closets. Guest access Guests may access all parts of the home and property. Singular key code will be assigned for home access with Schlage Encode door lock. Other things to note This home was created to be safe and comfortable for both children and pets. While we are happy to extend an invite to your little ones of all types, please note there is a $500 refundable security deposit due no later than 2 weeks before check in, to help cover any unexpected occurrences of damage. There is also a $10 per day non-refundable pet fee as applicable. These costs will be billed (and refunded) through the Airbnb Resolution Center prior to your stay. Thank you.
