Sandy Shores Cottage Modern has a balcony, outdoor seating and sea view. Free use of pool and gym. Short walk to sandy beach. Two beautiful bedrooms both with generous ensuites. Modern, airy and open plan living / dining / kitchen area. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Free wifi, and lovely log burner ideal for winter breaks. TVs in lounge and both bedrooms. American fridge-freezer. Two dogs allowed on request please. The space Sandy Shores Cottage is situated on Turnberry Drive, and is one of the cottages closest to the beach path, plus only a few minutes walk to the playground, tennis court, and village centre. Beautifully refurbished throughout in 2026, for the ultimate seaside accommodation. Enter through the front door into the spacious hallway with coat rack, plus downstairs cloakroom under the stairs. To the right is the open-plan lounge / dining / kitchen space. There are two sofas, a log burner, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances including induction hob, eye level oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge-freezer. There's also a nespresso coffee machine. French doors open onto the extended patio with table and chairs plus BBQ. The 2 parking spaces are also at the rear of the house, complete with EV charger (free charging for 5 hours every night), where there is also a large communal lawn with shrubs. Upstairs, there are two self-contained bedroom suites. To the left is bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, large walk-in shower ensuite, 32 inch smart TV and storage, and a door onto the full-width balcony with sofa seating and sea view. To the right is bedroom 2, with twin beds,32 inch smart TV, clothes storage, and free-standing bath ensuite too. The log burner makes this cottage warm and cosy for breaks all year round. We allow 2 dogs. ​Please note the parking bay sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, and a free pass for the onsite pool, sauna, steam room & gym. They are also welcome to use amenities on site including the table tennis table, boules courts, arcade, playground, and can book onto activities organised by the resort management (eg archery or rifle shooting), treatments at The Beauty Room (in the leisure complex), and order meals/drinks/takeaways at the Bayside Kitchen and John Paul Jones pub. Parking at The Bay is all free, and on a first come first served basis although some properties have a dedicated space or two. Sandy Shores has a dedicated 2 space bay at the rear, plus an EV charger. Other things to note I manage over 40 properties at The Bay so if Sandy Shores is full for your dates I may be able to suggest alternatives. The property sleeps a max of 4 (adults or children) and 1 infant too.
