I am located In a lovely location within New Market Guests have their own room with en-suite and private access, with a view to a garden ( which is under Renovation) and outdoor seating area. (Non smoking) Guests are welcome to use the Garden kitchen Room. Fitted with Oven, Microwave, kettle, under counter Fridge. Tea pot , Coffee pot. Plates, cutlery , mugs and glasses. Breakfast (Self Service) Coffee, Tea,Milk,Sugar Selection of Cereal The space Bright large Double Room, with private access via the garden. Fresh linen & Towels. In room welcome pack Tea, coffee , water , and snacks. Quite location Off Street parking Nice location for walking and bike rides Walk in to Newmarket Town Guest access Access to the room is via the front drive, through a small gate. During your stay I am available to guests if they need information and guidance I try and allow guests to have private relaxing time Other things to note Access to your room from the drive way via the garden. I aim to meet and greet my guests. If I am unavailable at time of arriving the I’ll provide guests with details on picking up the room key. Luggage trolley is available for you to transfer your luggage to your room.
