The cottage has been refurbed and extended for late 2019. Beautiful views over-looking fields from the private, fully fenced, suntrap patio area which has a table and chairs as well as a couple of sun loungers. The well insulated interior has been fitted with quality fixtures and fittings throughout including a luxury sofa-bed to sleep 2.There are a selection of games and books available in the property. You have secure off road private parking and your own path to the cottage. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area is a lovely space in which to relax comfortably in a modern, warm and considered space. There is a rangemaster cooker with gas hob and electric ovens. The lounge offers leather sofa’s one of which creates a third sleeping area for a 5th and or 6th person. At each end of the cottage is a well-appointed double bedroom with wardrobe and storage facilities. One leads directly onto the patio area via french doors! There is a bathroom with shabby-chic tiled shower, basin and w/c.
