Seaside Lodge: Really good house near the beach

The red brick house is located in a quiet vacation home settlement where no cars drive and pets are not allowed. The 70 m² of living space is very spacious due to the open roof construction and the spacious window front in the living area. The well-equipped house can accommodate five people and a toddler. From the reserved parking at the entrance of the settlement to the house it is about 50 meters. Cargo trolleys are available for luggage transport or heavy purchases. The space House consist: - a large, bright living room with dining area and open country house kitchen (cozy seating area, side tables, open fireplace, large dining table with six chairs, children's high chair, flat-screen TV with satellite connection, DVD player, stereo system, sideboard with games and dishes) - a bedroom with a French bed (160 x 200 cm), armchair and large wardrobe - a smaller bedroom with bunk bed (each 80 x 200 cm), a single bed (80 x 200 cm), large wardrobe, shelf, stool, children's travel bed (60 cm x 120 cm) - a large hallway with wardrobe, shoe rack, storage options - a bright shower room with washing machine, dryer, bathroom cabinet - a separate toilet Guest access Facilities: Sunny garden with a grill, lounge corner, garden furniture for 6 people, 1 lounger and several parasols (because it is very sunny) Fridge-freezer, four-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes for eight people, extensive cooking and baking utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dryer, drying rack A small selection of DVDs, children's books, fiction and board games as well as a boules game are provided. Other things to note No pets allowed No car traffic in the settlement Non-smoking house Linens and towels are not included in the rental price. However, these can be booked in advance. During the holidays (Easter holidays and summer holidays), the arrival and departure days are exclusively on Saturday. Outside these periods, the arrival and departure days can be freely agreed upon.
