Hidden Gem in the Central Coast

Beautiful and cozy bedroom with a family feel. You will be able to enjoy formal living room, dining room, and beautiful/elaborate backyard. The owner of this property (my mom) is the cook of a famous Spanish food restaurant in town!! When requested, she may teach you a thing or two about Spanish cooking! The space Our home is a 3 bedroom home located in the Point Sal Dunes Community. There's a separate family room, formal living room and dining room. We are located a few blocks from downtown Guadalupe where you will find the Dune Center, Historical society, and some of the best Mexican restaurants in the Central Coast. Guadalupe is a good central location to visit Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties, since it sits right on the border of both counties. Guest access Two bedrooms are available in our home (the other listed on a separate posting). the dining room, and formal living room are available for guests. These areas are separate from the family room where we spend most of our time. Please let us know if you are planning to use the kitchen and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Our garden is amazing, relaxing and a great place to read, enjoy the sun, etc. Available for guests are: * Free Wi-Fi * Clean bed linens, bath towels, shampoo, and soap * Full bath and shower is shared by guests only if second bedroom is not occupied the bathroom is all yours :-) During your stay I love socializing with guests but I also understand if you want your own space. The family room is a separate area which you are welcome to join if you want to socialize with us. Otherwise there’s a separation which gives you access to accommodations without being bothered. We love Guadalupe and the Central Coast. We travel very often and will be delighted to share our favorite activities, places, restaurants, and fun things to do! The full bathroom will be shared by guests but the owner's bath is separate. This offers a good deal of privacy. Other things to note * Check-in is 3pm but can accommodate based on availability * Check Out is 11 am * For your convenience the driveway is reserved for our guests. You are welcome to park in the driveway * We have children, smoking is not allowed inside the house * No parties
