There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with an open plan living and kitchen area that is fully equipped and ready with all the comforts of home. Additionally, there are 2 futon sofa beds and a sleeper sofa to accomodate larger groups. CSR is 1 block from the Little Miami Scenic bike trail, 1/2 mile from Glen Helen Nature Preserve and 1 mile from downtown Yellow Springs. Weather permitting, enjoy the backyard fire pit and table with umbrella for hanging out or dining. Guests have a private entrance and do not share space with owner who lives onsite. This space is perfect for getaways, reunions, hikers/cyclists - anyone who loves being surrounded by nature in a unique, thriving community! Guest access Guests can access any space that isn't locked or marked private. Feel free to use the right side of the garage to store bikes, coolers or anything if needed. Any outside space is for your enjoyment though you might see Kim doing yardwork from time to time.
