This amazing villa can be rented short for just vacations but also available for long term rent! In the middle of the Stockholm archipelago, a short distance from food store and communications and with a sea view, lies this 300 sqm turn of the century villa. It is newly renovated with bright lounge areas and a sunny garden with a large lawn, pool, terrace and greenhouse. The space This large family-friendly villa is located high and centrally on Resarö, a small island outside of Vaxholm - aka "The Archipelago Capital". (See more information about the area below.) The villa consists of three floors and a tower room. In the tower, you have an incredible view of the water and the inlet of Vaxholm. From the house you have less than 300 meters down to the jetties where you can take a morning swim in privacy. Downstairs you will find a large renovated kitchen with a genuine working wood stove in addition to modern kitchenware suited for large groups. If you don't want to have your breakfast in the kitchen you can sit down in the large bright dining room next to the fire place, or by the pool on the terrace in the sunny garden. One floor up, there are two bedrooms, one suitable for kids and/or guests and one with a large double bed. If your family consist of more members, you can also embed up for two in the basement, where there is plenty of room for an extra bedroom. In the upper floor there is also one room that is used as a large walk in closet. This room can also be used as a third bedroom. Just let us know! In addition to the large bathroom with shower and WC, there is a smaller guest toilet at the ground floor and a sauna area in the lower /basement level. The garden surrounding the house consists of beautiful plants, lawns and a terrace of 50 sqm. On the terrace you have a round swimming pool and seating for at least 15 people. Here at the terrace you can find the children's own little playhouse, with the beautiful antique stove in mini size. Guest access You will rent the whole house and garden. Other things to note Kindly let us know beforehand what you need in terms of for example child seat and other supplies. We also need to now how you would like us to arrange the bedrooms. We have three bedrooms on the second floor (double, 2*single, single) and an extra bedroom on the basement floor. In total we can fit in 8 beds in 4 areas in the house depending on your needs.
