A double bedroom available to rent in my three bedroom semi detached house. Minimum of a two night stay ......Looking for professional and friendly person to share my home with. Must be of a cheery disposition as it is a friendly household Parking on drive also available as well as use of most of the house. The space Friendly household, double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, quiet location close to M6/M5 Motorway links. Bus route direct to Birmingham only a 10 minute walk from the house. Direct buses to Walsall, Lichfield and Wolverhampton outside house. Guest access Their main double bedroom, Kitchen, utility room, bathroom, lounge and garden. During your stay I like to feel comfortable in my own home and I like to make my guests feel comfortable too so I appreciate my guests to communicate and interact with me so I don't feel uncomfortable in my own home. Other things to note If you plan on downloading films etc from internet there will be an extra charge or if calling abroad via internet. Not allowed to use house phone.
