Independent villa with 8 x 4 swimming pool in a very quiet setting.

It is a very comfortable and quiet villa which is located in the charming village of Pujaut in the middle of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards, close to the villages of Tavel, Lirac, Châteauneuf du Pape. We are also close to many tourist and historical sites: Avignon and its Palais des Papes (15 km), Pont du Gard (Roman aqueduct at 45 km), Uzès and its Duchy (35 km), Nîmes (45 km), Orange (25 km) and Vaison-la Romaine (50 km) Roman cities par excellence. The beaches of Grau du Roi, Saintes Maries de la Mer, Port Camargue are 50 minutes away and the legendary Mont Ventoux and its typical villages are 80 km away. The 135 m2 house with its private parking for 2 cars, overlooks a large terrace and a beautiful tree-filled garden which is fenced and closed by an electric gate. The main bedroom includes a bathroom with WC and a 1m60 bed; two other bedrooms are available, one with a 1.40m bed and the other with a 1.60m bed. Household linen (sheets and bath towels, tea towels, beach towels) is included in the rental price. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and is equipped with an alarm. However, we do not want to have children of walking age who cannot swim. Tables, garden chairs and 4 sun loungers as well as a barbecue and plancha, are at your disposal. Possibility of mountain biking or road cycling on many paths or country roads or walking on trails (GR) around the village. Local products (fruit and vegetables in the village) and typical markets nearby (Villeneuve les Avignon market in particular). The place is perfect for a restful stay and for those who wish to combine rest, sport and tourism. The house is available in 2023 only in the month of July and for a minimum of 2 weeks but arrival and departure dates are flexible.
