This cottage, created from a former farm outbuilding adjacent to the main house, is nestled among the green olive groves on the hillside near Cortona. It offers a quiet and characteristic setting with beautiful views of Lake Trasimeno and the Val di Chiana. Private, fenced garden and shared family parking are available. The interior comprises a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), a sofa bed (for two), a bedroom with a 170 cm double bed, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. The living room leads to an outdoor patio with a barbecue overlooking the garden. Free internet and Wi-Fi are available. The owners (native French speakers and English speakers) will welcome you on-site. Linen and bath changes are available upon request and can be paid for on-site. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but also as a base for visiting the nearby art cities of Siena, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, and Arezzo.
