The property is a newly remodeled townhome with 2 bedrooms and 2 brand new bathrooms upstairs, while downstairs features a cozy and will equipped kitchen with coffee bar, relaxing lounge area and large private dining space overlooking the backyard. The backyard faces east, so you can see the beautiful sunrise every morning as there are no obstructions between the property and the beach. When you step out into your private, fenced in backyard with Pool, your first words will be ‘WOW!’ Stretched over two plots, this backyard is HUGE. Featuring a beautiful pool with underwater seating, plenty of outdoor seating with sun loungers and a large built in BBQ. The landscaping has been carefully designed and well maintained, providing a lush and secluded space where you can take a vacation away from your vacation. At the far end of the backyard, past the pool you will find a large firepit for those long Florida evenings. Firepit must be used with great caution and constant supervision by adults. The property is situated 5 blocks from the beach, and you also have dining and shopping within walking distance. Mayo clinic is 7 minutes away. Pool heat is an optional extra at $25/day. Please note that pool heat can reach temperatures of 83 degrees, but will not be as effective when temperatures drop 50 degrees as the air is too cold.
