Welcome to BLISS BY THE BAY!! Your family will be very close to everything when you stay at our centrally located manufactured home. With so many things to do and see like Kemah boardwalk (4.9miles), NASA (11miles), Tánger outlets (11miles), Galveston Island (20miles), Schlitterbahn water park (23miles), and a fishing pier on Galveston bay only 5 blocks away. The space The BLISS is a manufactured home build in 2014 located only 5 blocks from Galveston bay. Inside you will find a recently remodeled home with an open concept and laminate floors, 2 bedrooms, fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. NOTE: The ceilings in the bedrooms and bathrooms are 7 ft high. The living room and kitchen ceiling is 8 ft high. Guest access Guess can access the entire house. Other things to note All forms of smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the property. All legal smoking activities may occur outside ONLY; The fine for smoking inside is $500. Approved pets are allowed with a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE fee per pet. Pet must be 25lbs or less, If more than one pet is allowed fee will be charged at the end of your stay. there is a $250 pet fine for any unauthorized pet. See house rules. My insurance requires that I know of all animals on the property. If you have written proof of a support animal for a disability please provide any documentation to wave the pet fee depending on size and breed. The next door neighbor has a dog that does not like other dogs and we are not liable for injury to your pet in or outside the perimeters. Therefore please let us know if you bring a support animal. The animal must never be left unattended at the house and must be on leash. Failure to pick up dog poop is a $50 fine.
