Charming house with breathtaking view

Freshly renovated and comfortable house, located in the heart of the charming town of Clisson, with stunning views of the castle. Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area (8 people) Living room with fireplace 3 bedrooms 2 shower rooms, including 1 private in the master bedroom Southwest orientation, 2 terraces and adorable little garden Quiet, almost not overlooked. Close to all shops. All on foot. Our 2 cats will stay on site and ask for cuddles and kindness The space I put a lot of care into the renovation and decoration of our house. This is our primary residence, and we only rent it exceptionally, during our vacation (so we can finance them). Also, we want you to feel at home here, but that you are also aware of its preciousness for us:-) Its cozy atmosphere and cocooning make it a refreshing and relaxing place. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to a stunning panorama of Clisson Castle and abundant nature. All essential shops are within walking distance. Our 2 cats will be on site, they are adorable and very cuddly, we want them to be treated with tenderness and kindness. Everything necessary to feed them will be at your disposal. Extra linens and linen: 10 euros/person/week Conditions dear to my heart: - No parties on the premises. - Non-smoking house. - Respect for the place and the neighborhood. - Respect for the new condition and the care taken in the renovation of the house. - Kindness to our cats, and our personal things - The cleaning fee covers a simple and common use end of stay cleaning. You are therefore asked to leave the house in a clean and suitable condition. If unusual use of sofas, bedspreads, rugs, curtains are found during the exit inventory, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. And any repair related to excessive use of the materials or elements of the house, will be charged extra as well. PS: The house does not lend itself to the presence of young children given the differences in levels on the terraces and the fact that they overlook the neighborhood gardens several meters downstairs. Other things to note THE HOUSE IS NEVER AVAILABLE DURING THE HELLFEST.
