Charming house with breathtaking view

Newly renovated and comfortable house, located in the heart of the charming town of Clisson, with stunning views of the castle. Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area (8 people) Living room with fireplace 3 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms, including 1 private in the master bedroom Southwest facing, 2 terraces and lovely little garden Quiet, almost without opposite. Close to all shops. All within walking distance. Our 2 cats will stay on site and ask for hugs and kindness The space I put a lot of care into the renovation and decoration of our house. This is our main residence, and we only rent it out exceptionally, during our holidays (to be able to finance them). Also, we want you to feel at home, but also to be aware of its preciousness to us :-) Its cozy and cocooning atmosphere make it a refreshing and relaxing place. Its large windows open onto a breathtaking view of Clisson Castle and abundant nature. All essential shops are within walking distance. Our 2 cats will be on site, they are adorable and very cuddly, we want them to be treated with tenderness and kindness. Everything necessary to feed them will be available. Extra linens and towels: 10 euros/person/week Conditions dear to my heart: - No parties on the premises. - Non-smoking house. - Respect for the premises and the neighborhood. - Respect for the new condition and the care taken in the renovation of the house. - Kindness towards our cats, and our personal belongings - The cleaning fee covers a simple and commonly used end-of-stay cleaning. You are therefore asked to leave the house in a clean and suitable condition. If unusual use of sofas, bedspreads, carpets, curtains is found during the exit inventory, an additional dry cleaning fee will be charged. And any repairs related to excessive use of materials or elements of the house will be charged in addition as well. PS: The house is not suitable for young children due to the differences in levels on the terraces and the fact that they overlook the neighboring gardens several meters below. Other things to note THE HOUSE IS NEVER AVAILABLE DURING HELLFEST.
