Large double room with a private en suite shower room overlooking garden in separate wing of quiet family home. Separate entrance and private outdoor seating area. Sproughton is a small village on the outskirts of Ipswich (10 min drive Ipswich central). Easy access to A12/A14. Free parking on our driveway. Community run Village shop and pub are both a short walk away. The room is light and airy, not overlooked and very quiet. Home gym and additional bathroom are available for guests to use. The space Your room is light and airy, very peaceful and overlooks our quiet garden. There are blackout blinds on all windows to ensure a great nights sleep and there is a small outdoor seating area with a table and 2 chairs. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided as is SkyTV (inc movies and sport), free wi-fi and toiletries. There are local pubs providing home cooked meals within 20 minutes walk, 5 mins by car. Excellent breakfasts can be found at The Milk Shed Cafe or The Waterfront Cafe, 5 mins drive together with a Driving range, 9 hole golf course and fishing lake.. Guest access We also have a little gym set up in the adjacent room with a rowing machine, cycle, treadmill, Swiss ball, free weights and Bose docking station which you are welcome to use if you wish. During your stay We will be here to greet you and will be around should you need anything during your stay. However, your space is completely self contained so your privacy is respected. Other things to note We have Wi-Fi and sky tv including sports channels. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.
