The apartment is 103 m2 (squaremeters) in size, has one bedroom and two sofa beds and is newly furnished (since april 2017). It is located on the second floor of the building, accessible through a shared entrance on the ground floor. Free wi-fi. The apartment is a summer house for its owners and family, so please treat it in a respectful manner. The bedroom has one double bed, and there are also two sofa beds in the common spaces (one in the living room and one in the hallway). Please note that one of the sofa beds is a bit smaller than the other one. Guest access Full use of the whole apartment, furniture, appliances, etc. Free wi-fi included. A new 50" Samsung TV.
