Definitely "kid-friendly." 4 Kayaks, row boat and life jackets available. large deck on the water. 25 Minute drive to Downtown Saratoga Springs Grill, fire pit, our door fire place. 4 Bedrooms 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 single, 1 cot. There is a wood burning fire place in the living room, a pellet stove in the sun room and a gas fire place in one of the bedrooms and yes we provide wood. Linens are provided. Cable TV.
