External Area and Swimming Pool The garden has terraces on various levels each linked with steps reaching the terrace paved in terracotta tiles where the bean-shaped pool is found, measuring 9x5 with a depth going from 1.20 to 2.00m, equipped with an outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrellas. Next to the swimming pool is a pretty gazebo with outdoor armchairs and sofas while another gazebo with table and chairs to eat outdoors is found just next to the villa. The property is reached through a characteristic iron gate leading to the private car park on the property.Interior The villa is on three floors, a raised floor, a second floor and a third one just under the roof. The main entrance is on the raised floor opening on a wide and bright living room with marble floor, a fireplace (unusable), satellite TV and dining area. Going up 3 steps you reach the perfectly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. From the living room, you go directly outdoors and to the terrace.
