The building is located about 500 m from the seaside beach and 300 m from the beach on the bay. The space Hel is a town that is still less crowded than the nearby Jurata or Jastarnia. It offers its visitors beautiful beaches, including the only beach with a south-facing orientation – sunny all day long. The proximity of nature in the form of expansive forests will satisfy all those who would like to relax not only in the sun. Numerous bike paths and the possibility of renting bicycles will ensure relaxation for fans of active holidays. The Helsinki seal sanctuary is a great attraction for younger guests. Near the building there is a port, a museum and many restaurants and shops.
