Vacation Home in the Florida Keys

This is our 2 bedroom/two bath vacation home, we love it to relax, fish, water ski, bbq unwind. The home has a floating dock for kayaking. The location is central to the upper keys, whether its a snorkel or dive trip to the many local reefs, fishing charters either ocean or bayside, or the many sights, restaurants and great shopping along US1. The house is comfortable keys living, nothing fancy but all that you need. If you plan on bringing a boat, preapproval and fees may apply. The space The neighborhood is very quiet generally, in the winter, the neighborhood is filled with snowbirds who generally wake up early to fish and are in bed early to do it all again the next day. The house is great for relaxing, watching sunsets, reading a good book or taking walks or bike riding. You can walk to our community lighthouse and enjoy a cocktail and a great sunset. Outside the community, you can take long walks or bike the long bike trails that are on east side of the highway. You can also walk or bike over to the Bird Sanctuary which is nearby. Guest access Access to all amenities available, except boat on lift, two jet skis, shed, locked closet, locked outside storage containers, fish/bait freezer, and two outside ice makers. There is not enough room on the dock for a boat, if you plan on bringing a boat you must precoordinate with us and their will be an additional cost for relocating the boat now in the dock. Gas's bbq is to be used by tenant, I have two gas tanks, they are usually full, if they go empty, please refill at the ace hardware or Winn Dixie. The charcoal or wood grill is not for tenant use and charcoal shall not be provided. Other things to note Boat & Lift on Premises – Tenant is aware that a 24ft Boat sits on a lift behind the Premises but is not part of this Lease. Tenant and any invitees are strictly prohibited from boarding or using the lift for any reason and will not operate or cause to operate the lift. The power cord is to be left connected to power to charge the boat batteries. If tenant wishes to bring their own boat, they must prearrange with owner and receive approval. Two jets skis are also on the property, they may be on the trailer on the side of the house or on the deck sitting on stands. please leave jet skis connected to power. landlord may need to access boat and jet skis during your stay to perform routine maintenance, landlord will contact tenant prior to arriving to coordinate maintenance. Surveillance Cameras – Tenant is aware that the Premises has a camera surveillance system. The Premises has one indoor camera and several exterior cameras. The interior camera located above the TV in the family room will be covered for Tenants privacy during his or her stay, the exterior cameras are not to be tampered with and will remain recording at all times. The areas being recorded are open areas which should not affect privacy. Tenant shall not tamper with cameras or recording dvr equipment which is on the entertainment center under the TV.
