Seaside house

The house is located on the Kipperort peninsula in a pine forest on the first line of the bay. A new house (2017) with two separate bedrooms and a large kitchen dining room. One of the bedrooms has large windows overlooking the Gulf of Finland. The other bedroom is on the opposite side. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for permanent residence. You can stay with a dog up to 5 kg. If there are more than one dog and weighing more than 5 kg, as well as other animals, a separate agreement is required (paid service). Guest access An outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture. Barbecue grill and BBQ facilities. There is a bathhouse on the property that can be heated for guests by prior arrangement. The bathhouse is a paid service. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided for a fee. Walk pets outside the yard, on the territory strictly on a leash.
