The space The apartment itself is 73 square meters and accessible. It has an open living-dining area, a bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling glass shower and two bedrooms with box-spring beds.  In addition to the modern amenities, the light-flooded rooms and the underfloor heating, the existing Wi-Fi connection with MagentaTV are highlights. Other things to note Pets are allowed by arrangement and are welcome. However, the existing garden is not fenced.
