Outside: garden & terrace with table & chairs The space The village of Sergines is family-friendly, with large imposing farms, an ancient medieval village that ensured the safety of its inhabitants by high walls and connecting underground passages. Beautiful walks to take on foot or by bike, close to Sens and its magnificent Gothic cathedral, Pont-sur-Yonne and Bray-sur-Seine, with their walks along the rivers, and their picturesque markets. Sergines is made up of large, imposing farms, mostly organic. It is an ancient medieval village which provided a refuge in war times, with high walls and communicating underground tunnels. Lovely walks or bike rides can be done in and around the village. Sens, nearby, has a magnificent Gothic cathedral. Pont-sur-Yonne and Bray-sur-Seine provide lovely walks along the Yonne or Seine rivers, and picturesque local markets on Fridays and Sundays. Guest access Guests can enjoy the independent apartment, garden and terrace as they wish. Please note, there are a few steps to access it! Other things to note I speak English fluently, and I still have some knowledge of German. I speak English fluently, and retain a few notions of German. Please do not leave the front door open unattended for safety reasons, and to prevent my cats from running away! Please use the keys provided for this purpose. Thank you for not leaving the main entrance door to the street open, for security reasons, and to avoid letting my cats out. Keys are provided.
