Other things to note ** SPRING BREAK RULES ** For the following dates, the following rules apply: March 13-22 & March 27-April 5: OCCUPANCY: The Primary Renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a government-issued ID and accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family. No two families can share a condo.
