Villa Mästerlots

Villa Mästerlots is located 100m from the harbour in the old part of Viken. We rent a private house of 55 m2, located on the yard of the main house. It has a nice private patio with flowers & lemon trees and is equipped with a double bed, single bed, bathroom with shower and a basic but well functioning kitchen. Across the yard is another small house to be used for nice dinners or as an extra bedroom. Kullabygden is a great holiday destination wether you travel alone, with friends or family. The space This is the perfect get away for a weekend or longer. On the upstairs you sleep in a light bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed. There is a cubboard for your clothes and stuff, and a view out over the the patio. On the downstairs you have a nice and cosy living room which is open access to the kitchenette. From here you have direct access to the patio, where you can dine under the grapevine pergola and relax in sun chairs. We only pass by the patio when accessing our own house and otherwise you have it completely to your self. Across the patio is another small stone house which we call the Orangery and which is also rented during summer months. Guests love to use this for late summer dinners, as an extra living room for the kids boardgame marathons, or as a simple but cosy extra bedroom. We can host two extra guests here if you let us know in advance so that we can sort out extra beds. You have your own private bathroom with a shower. Guest access During high season we mainly rent out full weeks with check in on Sundays at 15.00 and Checkout on Sundays at 11.00. During June, we might offer some flexibility to this so should you have a certain whish then please just drop us a note and we see what we can do. Other things to note If you do not want to clean the place your self, the service can be offered for 500 SEK. Please let us know in advance. In case you would want us to load your fridge with the first breakfast don´t hesitate to let us know and we can offer that service for an additional fee.
