Charming, characterful cottage near the sea. Only 5 minutes in the car from the stunning North Norfolk coast. With a large secure garden, it is ideal for families. We are dog-friendly, for a maximum of 2 dogs. Summer-house and Barbecue available in the garden. 3 bed rooms, 1 twin room downstairs - 2 upstairs 1 king-size and a twin. Downstairs family bathroom and upstairs shower/toilet. A short drive or cycle into Blakeney or Morston marshes; seal trips and stunning sandy beaches all nearby. The space Downstairs twin bedroom and family bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rail may suit elderly or less able bodied. Upstairs a further twin bedroom is offered, as well as a larger bedroom with super-king sized bed which can be separated into further twin beds (ON REQUEST). Also a second bathroom with enclosed shower, toilet and heated towel rail. All upstairs rooms have the additional feature of roof Velux windows offering views of the fantastic Big Norfolk Skies. TV, Wifi , reading books and board games available. Log burning stove in sitting room. Dining for 6 available within the kitchen area at large kitchen table (highchair available - kept in summerhouse). Ample onsite parking to rear of the property. With a large lawned established garden with wooden summer-house suitable for families. A portable barbecue is available for use. Outside seating and table available in the summer-house and an outside dining table and chair set are located in the garden. Outside tap and sink available by utility room door for washing muddy boots, sandy feet or muddy/sandy dogs. Dog water bowls available here too. The area is very popular with bird enthusiasts, walkers and cyclists. Guest access Access to the property is gained by a Yale Key which is in a number-coded key-safe to the right of the first door (utility room door) at the rear of the property (left-hand side door of the cottage as you look at it). The number-code for the key-safe will be sent out approximately 12 hours prior to your arrival. THIS KEY WILL THEN GIVE ACCESS TO THE KITCHEN DOOR, WHICH IS THE SECOND DOOR OF THE PROPERTY - RIGHT-HAND SIDE DOOR OF THE COTTAGE AS YOU LOOK AT IT. A further kitchen door key is available for guests on the key-rack beside the door in the kitchen. Also on this key-rack you will find a key for the summer-house and utility room door. PLEASE REPLACE THE KITCHEN DOOR KEY INTO THE KEY-SAFE UPON YOUR DEPARTURE AND RESET THE KEYCODE. Other things to note WiFi and Smart TV.
