All new appliances in the well-equipped and organized kitchen, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, instant breakfast goodies, spices, salt, pepper, olive oil, foil, wrap, baggies, grill tools, toaster, Dutch oven, crock pot, blender, beater, baking pans, charcoal and more. Coffee makers include Kuerig machine, percolator and French press. Table top items include utensils, serve ware, chargers, linen napkins, drinkware and bar tools from Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel and Williams-Sonoma. There are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and private full bathroom; the second with a queen bed and private entrance to the full bathroom. Both beds are pillow top. Sheets and towels are from Hotel Collection. Hair dryer in each bathroom. Soaps and lotions handcrafted locally at Hazlewood Soap Company. Utility room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and detergent provided. Front porch with lounge chairs, a swing and charcoal grill. Side porch overlooking rushing creek with fire table, swivel rockers with ottomans, couch, and side tables. Hammock in yard. Hiking sticks, yard and creek toys, and creek towels provided. First aid kit and fire extinguisher provided. All the amenities of home. Bikers or vehicles with trailers are welcome; the driveway to this house is gravel and on an incline. Guest access This listing is for the entire house. Guests access the property through front door or creek side door.
