The space This lately renovated modern apartment is located in the outskirts of Berlin in the district of TEMPELHOF (a very beloved living place with mostly small houses) - exactly in the Saentisstreet. The apartment is very comfortable and has enough room for up to 7 persons. There are three bedrooms which are as follows : room 1 : 1 double bed; room 2 : 1 double bed; room 3 : 3 single beds (from which 2 can be put together as double bed). The dining room has enough place for up to 8 persons. The bathroom has a shower and also a bathtub. There is also a terrace which can be used the whole year through. Guest access There are TV's in each room and in the dining room (Flatscreens). There's also WLan in the whole apartment. There is also a dishwasher. In the summertime (or whenever) you can also use the terrace Other things to note There is a minimum stay of 3 days. House cleaning fee is 75€ and there's also 9,- Euros each guest for bed linen (a tourist tax of 5% is included). Children are free up to 2 years. 2+ count as normal guests. For arrivals and departures on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, a one-time extra cleaning fee of 35 euros will be charged in cash. .
