South Venice Balcony Pool House

You won’t have to worry about a thing! This is a fully equipped three-bedroom, three-bath home with a heated swimming pool (Dec-March), located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. The house is within a short drive (10mins or less) to many Gulf coast beaches. Historic Downtown Venice is a short 6 miles away with terrific dining and shopping. The space Venice Balcony House is a fun house, with many unusual spaces to enjoy. You will truly enjoy your visit to our lovely Florida home. Beaches are very close-by closest being Manasota Beach which is 3 miles away. Venice Beach approx 6 miles. Our Key West inspired home with screen-enclosed heated pool, is set on a lush tropical 1/4 acre lot. The house is surrounded with tropical palms, a lemon tree and a large old live oak. The pool is surrounded by a two story screened enclosure. On the main level, our open living/dining room provides comfy sofas and chairs for family movie night after a long day at the beach! This beautiful home has a comfortable large kitchen and dining area with plenty of counter space, and a high breakfast bar. The front space has French doors leading out to a large sunny balcony. This semi-covered balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the eastern sunrise among the tropical Palm trees. Just off the family room at the back, the spacious rear balcony is another relaxing space overlooking the pool and its screened in courtyard. This balcony has two ceiling fans to cool any warm tropical nights. Overhead fans provide cool breezes for every room in the home. The family room can be used as a game room, extra movie space and also has a sleeper sofa/futon for an additional 1 person. There is a third bathroom adjacent, with shower. The 3 panel sliding glass door is fully retractable and opens up the space to the screened pool deck. The house is complete with central air/heat in two zones. Included is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. There is high speed wireless internet access throughout the house and pool area. Televisions are supplied with Cable TV Channel access, DVD player. The master suite has a lovely romantic feel with its flowing curtains and its own private balcony with a 3rd floor view of the surrounding tropical landscape. Relax here with the doors wide open and enjoy the gulf ocean breezes while sipping a glass of fine wine. The master bathroom is complete with two sinks and newly tiled large shower. There are two additional bedrooms, also on this level, which can accommodate two each and have a bathroom with tub with shower. Venice Balcony house has lots of other conveniences such as beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, books, games, coolers, pool toys and more. If you are bringing your boat, the house does not have a boat dock; however, there is adequate parking for a boat trailer on the property along with numerous public boat launch facilities available. It’s all here for your perfect vacation enjoyment. The upstairs 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 people. Guest access As our guest you will have the entire house and pool for your private use.
