We are east-side of A1A, so no road crossings and only a few minutes’ walk via a private walkway to paradise and beautiful sunrises! **Someone in the rental party must be 23+ in order to stay in the condo or risk being turned away at the guard gate** This unit only accommodates 6 people per regulations by resort. The space Home to an array of amazing attractions, entertainment, and fine dining opportunities, St. Augustine has it all! Venture out to the historical sites or stay “home” where there’s tons to do at the resort, from swimming in the pool, to soaking in the hot tub, to working on your serve at the tennis courts, to fishing in the pond right outside your unit! Ideal for smaller families or friends traveling together, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo is inviting and comfortable, keeping everyone connected. Gather at the bar top dining table and enjoy a delicious meal, or meet in the cozy living area to chat or have a movie night on the 65” flat screen TV! The cozy kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a meal. There’s even a convenient bar area with a mini fridge for easy access to keep your beverages close and cool! A covered balcony is what you’ll need for your morning outdoor coffee to welcome the new day. Both bedrooms (one with a comfortable king-size bed, the other with twin and double mattress in bunk bed structure) feature flat screen cable TV’s. There’s also a queen size pull out couch and a pack ‘n play you can setup to accommodate your children or that extra friend that wants to tag along! Two full bathrooms make it easier for everyone to get ready and be on time to catch those breathtaking sunrises! All bedding and towels are provided and there’s a washer/dryer so you can keep your wardrobe fresh and your swimsuits dry. Please, no smoking inside the unit🚭this home is open to children and our own family and we would like to prevent the inhalation of any second-hand fumes. We appreciate your cooperation! **Because this is a resort, there is a restriction on business names or decals on your automobiles.
