Come stay in our beautiful mid-century modern light drenched home just one block from the bay with a private pool. The fenced in yard is surrounded by lush landscaping & the pool is the perfect place to cool off on hot afternoons. The house is spacious & colorfully decorated with finds from our world travels. We've recently replaced the bed and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to explore on foot. Note: this is our home, so please expect a warm lived in feel in the space, not that of a hotel. The space Nestled west of the trail, one block from the bay and between the prestigious Ringling Mansion and Crowley Estate, staying here you’ll be close to everything you need. The beautiful beaches of Siesta Key and Longboat Key are just a short drive south. The bars and restaurants of downtown Sarasota are nearby as well but this house is so charming, you might find yourself not leaving the poolside. Guest access Staying here, you’ll have access to the Main House which includes the private pool, large primary bedroom with a king sized bed and a Frame TV, private bath, a large and well decorated living room with French doors opening out to the pool yard, a private dining room and a full sized kitchen with all of the ammenities you need to feel like this is your home. There is an in-law suite attached to this home but everything pictured including the pool is exclusive and private to this unit only. Other things to note We have a 43” Frame television in the bedroom with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon and you are welcome to log into any other streaming services you may like. When it is not playing movies, it displays original photography. That being said, there is NO television in the living room. Alternatively we have a vintage radio, record player, backgammon, several puzzles and a miniature library. We highly value our quality and intentional time spent together in the main living space. If you require a television in the living room and/or cable TV, our home may not suit your rental needs.
