Country Retreat "1 Orchard Nursery Long Marston"

Our homely 4-bedroom semi detached cottage is tastefully finished, it sleeps up to 6 guests, 2 bathrooms. It`s extremely green with its ground source heating, sits in the grounds of Orchard Cottage/Orchard Nursery with a paddock and a small terrace garden. A large open plan living-dining-kitchen area makes it an ideal retreat for a family or group of friends. Discover it in the historic part of the village near to St James The Great Church, Stratford upon Avon & The Cotswolds are nearby. The space 1 Orchard Nursery, sits next to the cottage which is a grade 2 listed building, some 500 years old. Its a short drive or a lovely leisurely walk/cycle ride along The Greenway into Stratford-upon-Avon. Discover The Heart of England Forest walks just on the doorstep too. There is a local pub The Masons Arms in Long Marston, along with a village shop. There is golf at Welford on Avon, 18 hole course, 2 miles away. Alternatively, relax and enjoy your alfresco dining, star gazing on a clear night. Please note that if you have more than 6 guests we also have No2 Orchard Nursery, with is a one bedroom apartment which sleeps 2 & No3 Orchard Nursery with a two bedroom apartment which sleeps 4. THIS PROPERTY IS A HOLIDAY LET WHICH SITS OVER A 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT THEREFORE ITS NOT SUITABLE FOR WORKERS NEEDING TO LEAVE BEFORE 8AM IN THE MORNING OR THOSE WORKING NIGHT SHIFTS AS PER OUR RULES OF QUIET TIMES. Unfortunately as per our rules we are not able to host infants (under 2`s) This is due to health & safety and our insurance. The bedrooms are not large enough for a cot, we have no baths, stairgates, there are hard floors down stairs with no locks on kitchen cupboards/ Guest access The whole of No1 Orchard Nursery, the small terrace garden at the entrance to No1 Orchard Nursery, there is free parking for up to 2 cars in your group. A paddock which is shared. If attending a wedding we are 1 mile from The Cider Mill Barns Pebworth, 6 miles from Mickleton Hill Farm Chipping Campden, & 7.5 miles from Blackwell Grange Blackwell. Please note that unfortunately we are not able to host guests attending a wedding at Lapstone Barn, due to the venue not finishing until 1am and our rules of quiet times from 11pm to 8pm. This is due to having other holiday let guests staying and our neighbours. Other things to note Please note that this is a Holiday Let. For those wanting to book regarding a work stay, please make an initial request prior to booking, stating what type of work you will be undertaking and the hours of work you will be doing. As per our house rules, our quiet times are from 11pm to 8am, so if needing to work through the night or leaving super early in the morning does not work for our other guests staying with us. We would then not be able to accept your booking. For those needing to do some work, the dining bar in the kitchen is ideal as a work station where you can access your pc with a power socket for charging too. Wifi TV & complimentary Netflix for your enjoyment
