Newbuild Compact Living home Downsizing Project

This is a Downsizing Project... We want to inspire others to build a compact living home for two persons which also can host 2 guests in the loft. There is a fully equipped kitchen and toilet with shower... We are also offering our handy guest to buy DIY instructions to realise their own Downsizing Project. We want our guests to discover the freedom of compact living and to realize the true value of whats important in life... what realy makes us happy and what is the life we want to live.. The space Our house is few minutes from the beach by car...walking distance to citycenter. And close to the lakes and fishing! One hour to Gothenburg and Two hours to Malmö and Copenhagen... Other things to note There are 2 magical toy boxes, one of which has a grill! Guests can use a large garden to play soccer, kubb, etc.
