This 2-storey apartment is located directly under the roof of the village house Cal Viola. The house itself is located steeply on a slope and therefore the apartment is, seen from the front, in the 2nd floor. Frome behind, however, in the fifth! The motto here is a lot of air and space in the open 2 floors. Upstairs a spacious double room, downstairs living room, kitchen, bathroom and a smaller double room + an arcade terrace overlooking the tall treetops of the village well. The apartment is very bright and quiet and invites you to linger. Get up and take the first coffee on the terrace. The whole day is open in front of you, planning excursions by car or "just" walking around the village. Vineyards lure for a walk, Priorat wine tasting in every village, gorgeous landscapes, hiking to the top of the Montsant, talk to the villagers, go to the swimming pool in the summer or visit dream cities like Barcelona or Tarragona (World Heritage Site and Roman city par excellance). The beaches of the Costa Dorada are waiting, we can tell you the best ones! The children would be excited to visit Port Aventura or Enjoy the high speedtrain AVE and be in Madrid in three hours, discover the Oceanarium in Valencia or go to the Ebro Delta or none of it, stay home and enjoy a good book, a glass of wine in the evening, walk down to the Siurana river 10 minutes from the village. You can hike to the next villages (Gratallops, Porrera, Poboleda, etc.), eat there and hike back in the late afternoon, all this and much more is possible with us. We have been vacationing in the Priorat area for over 40 years and are always discovering new, unexpected and exciting things. Body, mind and soul are happy! Of course you can do some remote working using our high speed glass fiber connection in all the apartments.
