Epimenidis House is a brand new villa built in the beautiful village of Nteres bringing style and comfort to its guests. It is located in a private area in the Kydonias Prefecture of Chania. Thanks to its unique location, the villa changes colour and picture season by season. The space The space The cosy villa is built on one level and can host up to 4 guests. In the house there is one comfortable bedroom with a double-sized bed, the room has an amazing panoramic view of the area due to the large window. There is also a separate area with a bunk bed that can accommodate in comfort not only kids but also two adults. Close to the rooms, there is a bathroom with a shower. The rest of the house is an open space with a modern kitchen equipped with all the amenities and the necessary appliances for an easy stay, a dining area for 6 guests and a sitting area. All areas have direct access to the big yard with the splendid canyon view where up to 12 guests can dine. In the same place, there is a pool of 40 square metres and a relaxing area. All areas inside have air-conditioning. The outdoor place offers a private swimming pool, a big pergola-shaded place with outdoor furniture where you can relax, enjoy your meals and gaze at the canyon. A big BBQ with a stove allows you to organize from a romantic dinner for two to a big party. Secure parking is located in the front of the house under the shade of locally grown trees.
