In the historic city center of Semur en Auxois, on a cobblestone pedestrian street. Please note, there is a steep staircase to access the apartment! 55 m2 apartment on the 1st floor, renovated in 2020. With 1 bedroom of 11 m2 comprising 1 double bed of 160 x 200 with good new bedding in bultex, 1 living room of 35 m2 with large equipped kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom of 6 m2 with shower. An express sofa bed in the living room with very good new bedding, 22 cm mattress. The space The living room sofa bed is subject to a surcharge of 12 euros/night if you only book for 2 people but use the sofa bed + the bedroom bed. Bars, restaurant, bakery, pastry shop, butcher... are at the foot of the apartment. Check-in will be autonomous with a key box. We own 4 apartments in the same building. So you will be crossing paths with other people on the stairs. At your disposal basic necessities: salt, pepper, paper towels, stretch film, aluminum foil, toilet paper.......as well as coffee pods, tea bags, herbal tea, sugar. Large fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, kettle........ At the back of the building, we have a small enclosed common courtyard with a shelter if you have bikes. Provide a lock anyway for security. Guest access Entire accommodation as well as a common laundry room with 10 kg washing machine and 10 kg dryer.
