To the ground floor there is a spacous lounge area with a large chaise style sofa,smart 40” TV with free view & WIFI enabled. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests & has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge & breakfast bar; There is an extra-large shower in the luxury fitted bathroom, large wardrobe/storage space for longer stays . To the first floor there is a large bedroom with a king size bed DAB Radio. 49" smart T.V with freeview Wi fi enabled. Please Note that due to the construction of the annexe the ceiling in the bedroom is sloping at the sides (as seen in the bedroom photo) so please be mindful that does cause height restrictions to the side of the bedroom. Guest access Exclusive use of the annex with mobile access through electric gates. Secure Parking is available to the side of the property but unfortunately commercial vehicles no larger than a Mercedes Vito van. Second vehicles can be accommodated on request. Other things to note The Paddocks provides safe and secure accommodation and allows you the flexibility and complete independence that hotels and traditional B&Bs are unable to.
