The chalet consists of two halves of the house, of which you occupy the right half alone, with a private barrel sauna. The perfect retreat for those looking for something truly special. Due to the large area spread over two floors, the lodge is ideal for friends or families traveling together up to 10 people. Spacious glass fronts, high-quality materials, state-of-the-art technologies and a lot of love for detail characterize the spacious rooms of the vacation home. The apartment occupies one half of the house and consists of the first floor, where there is a spacious living and dining room for 10 people, a cozy sofa, TV, open fireplace, open fully equipped kitchen with ceramic range, oven, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, with direct access to the covered terrace with garden, barrel sauna and solar shower. You will also find a 2-bed room with double bed and shower/toilet, as well as a storage room. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds and each with its own bathroom with shower/toilet as well as direct access to the balcony. Furthermore, a double bedroom and bunk bed for 2 people and a private bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. Terrace/garden: garden furniture, barbecue area, sauna barrel, solar shower and sun loungers, free Wi-Fi throughout the house Parking is ample right by the lodge. Of which 4 carport parking spaces. A heated ski and boot room is also in the carport. Linens, towels, table linens and cleaning products are provided. You don't need to bring anything except food and a good mood!!! Other things to note This wonderful chalet is located in the middle of the Salzburg Berwelt, at the foot of the Hochkönig. Mühlbach am Hochkönig is one of the most beautiful ski and recreational landscapes in the Alps. Here you will find an entry point to the Ski Amadé ski resort with a total of 39 lifts and 150 kilometers of downhill skiing at an altitude of 900 to 2,000 m. The extensive ski resort in the Hochkönig Winter Kingdom is well developed. In summer, the region offers around 340 kilometers of certified hiking trails, countless alpine pastures, more than 50 summit victories and many kilometers of e-bike & mountain bike trails. Here the ways to discover our nature are as varied as the region itself.
