Luxury 4000 sq ft air conditioned Log Home on 5 Acre Vineyard. 5 bed,3 bath,entertainment area, dual laundry, workspace desks, great room, three sided fireplace, & kitchen area. Spacious grounds with Inground pool (seasonal heating),covered patio area and large wrap around deck. Pet friendly upon approval. $25 per day per pet fee applies. Five Covered carports.Boat & RV parking.Perfect for family, group. The space Guests have exclusive access to the house pool area guest parking areas. There is a vineyard in production. Guests must not enter the Vineyard. Canyon House is in it’s 21st year of vacation rental and fourth year of Airbnb rental. With a return rate of 70% many groups return year after year. We appreciate you taking the time to read about us and look forward to sharing this unique property with you as our valued guests! please note our cleaning crew uses bleach based disenfectant to ensure your spaces are clean. Cleaners are on hand for your use at anytime during your stay. Guests are asked to limit their guests to the immediate group. i.e. no unauthorized outside visitors. Guest access Guests may access the property through the front or pool side doors. A punch pad access is mounted on the pool side door so that guests can travel without the worry of who has the keys. Canyon house provides guests exclusive access to the five covered carports,pool, home & grounds. The vineyard is off limits to guests. Other things to note We cater primarily to families and corporate groups. This is not a party facility. That being said all respectful groups are most welcome. Consideration must be given to the neighborhood in terms of noise and disruption. The same would apply to any of your own neighborhoods and properties.
