Rorbu 2 - Walking distance to the city center

Charming rorbu with private parking, walking distance to city center, Kristiansund Stadium, Braatthallen, water park, ice rink Arena Nordvest, sports hall, shops, restaurants and much more. The kitchen has stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a washing machine, RiksTV, WiFi, coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, dishwasher-soap and brush, sponge and towel and a small box of soap for washing machine. Sleeping couch for two in the sitting room. The space A perfect combination of close contact with the sea and nature while walking distance to the city center. Small and cosy rooms, can be a bit cramped for 4 large adults. The ceilings are lower than normal, espesially in the bedroom. Guest access There is access to the dock is at your own risk. There are outdoor chairs and tables that can be used by all residents. "Seilernøstet" is a free standing building with no other neighbors close by, and with walking trails right outside the door. It is possible to rent a bed for children measuring 1.2m x 0.6m for NOK 50 per night, see pictures. The price includes bed linen. No extra charge for children over 2 years that already has paied for a bed. There is no changing table. Other things to note There is a jetty right outside the house, so if you have children you must make sure they do not fall into the water. Rorbua is on one level, byt there are steps between the rooms. The place is not suitable for people who have problems walking, who uses walker etc.. There are 3 living units in the house, all with entrance through seperate front door. It is an old building and soundproofing is not according to the "current standard" between all rooms. We therefore ask that there is minimal noise throughout the evening for the sake of any other guests and that one complies with "bed-time" at 24:00. Bed linen and towels are clean at check-in, but we do not offer washing of these during our stay. However, we wash the dirty laundry after check-out.
